Hemet will be opening a charter school that specializes in science and math. Praying that Lucy will be one of the 60 children picked during the entrance lottery. Cross your fingers for us!!!
I'm excited about attending an So. California Tri-Regions SCBWI conference in Temecula, but I invited my mom--we'll see if that idea was a good one later. She loves to write stories, but not so good and follow-up and listening to the advise of others.
Everything else is status quo, so TTFN!

Knock on Woods
We went to the desert a few weeks ago and Lucy was able to ride her quad.
She's getting pretty good and I'm proud of her, despite my paranoid thoughts that something horrible may happen to her.
Science Fair Update
Didn't get to move on at the district science fair. Lucy was pretty sad about it, but life goes on. Today she brought home her report card and she is going really good in school and has improved loads since the beginning of the year.
